We lead our proactive approach to home management with preventative maintenance. Identifying an issue before it becomes a problem is proven to save time and money. Our commitment to the following practice standards achieves just that for our clients. Whether you are full time resident or a snowbird, leave the day to day care of your property to us.
Standard Weekly Walkabout
These services are included in our snowbird and year round resident monthly plans
Exterior of the Property
- Walk entire exterior of the property
- Perform visual inspection of all vegetation
- Check irrigation system operation is optimal; broken sprinklers
- Visual inspection of pool/spa to identify excessive dirt, discoloration, appropriate water level, potential leaks, unusual noice from pool pump/equipment
- Check for pest control issues
- Check for down trees, weeds in pavers, mold on driveway and/or patio
- Inspect outside AC
- Test exterior landscape lights and house mounted lights; replace bulbs as needed
Interior of the Property (Snowbird Optional Service)
- Turn off water for toilets
- Check all shower heads, faucets for dripping
- Check cabinets and ceilings for leaks or mildew
- Check breaker panel for tripped breakers
- Check humidistat and thermostat settings; test for cool air
- Check hot water heater settings
- Look for signs of pest problems
Home Security
- Check all windows/doors for broken glass
- Confirm all windows/doors are locked
- Check alarm is active and working properly
- Confirm property is secure
Optional Add On Services
Any of these services can be added to your monthly service. All outside vendors bill you directly and we work directly with them on your behalf. We never up-charge an add on service. If you would like YourHomeKeep team lead onsite for the implementation of a project or to supervise a vendor, we simply charge an hourly fee based on the scope of project. Your team lead oversees the work and reports back to you.
